Emotional Development
This refers to the process of enhancing the human soul as well as the mind. It involves several techniques such as psychotherapy, counseling, hypnosis and so on. They are usually engaged in dealing with anxiety, stress and other ugly conditions that affect the emotional aspect of man.
Intellectual Development

This is the process of improving the human intellect. It is usually carried out through intensive formal and informal education. Man is born with an undeveloped intellect. He has to go through various educational processes to develop his intellect. Once the human intellect is developed, the individual will start thinking creatively. He or she will end up becoming an expert in a particular field of endeavor.
Physical Development

This refers to various exercises aimed at keeping the human body fit. Every person needs to engage in a favorite physical exercise in order to remain healthy. Among such exercises include walking, jogging, running, cycling, skiing and so on. One can also engage in favorite sporting events like football, basketball, tennis and so on. They help in keeping the human body fit. Engaging in a strenuous physical exercise is never recommended. One may end up injuring his or her body in the process.

In all, these self improvement approaches outlined above are very vital for successful. They ensure balanced and healthy living at all times. Every person living on earth is expected to be engaging in them in order to enjoy healthy living.
